Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact info@goldiejewellery.com within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to offer a refund on eligible items.

Returning Your Items:

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns address.

Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earring styles cannot be returned. These items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Shipping & Liability:

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure all returns are sent via a tracked and signed postal service.

Keep proof of tracking; items that do not reach us are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be processed for items lost in transit.

Processing Returns:

Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a returns shipping address after contacting us.

Warranty & Care Policy

We stand by the quality of our jewellery and want you to enjoy it for years to come.

Warranty Period:
All jewellery purchased from Goldie Jewellery is covered under a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, faulty findings, or other defects in workmanship.

Beaded Necklace Restringing:
We offer free restringing for all beaded necklaces purchased from our store within the warranty period. After the warranty period, restringing services are available for a flat fee of £20.

Important Notes:

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse of the jewellery.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty and restringing requests.
