Caring for your jewellery:
Please remove your jewellery before you swim or shower. When spraying perfume please do not spray directly onto your jewellery.
Store your items either in your box or pouch provided and be careful with the finer chains, they tend to get knotted if thrown into a pouch together.
Delivery
All orders will be posted out within a few days, but usually posted on the day of order.
Postage is made by first class recorded delivery (signature required) with Royal Mail and will take between 1 and 2 days from shipping in the UK. International delivery can be up to 10 days from the shipping date depending on the location.
UK Standard Delivery:
- £4.95 (Royal Mail First Class tracked and signed) for orders under £50
- Free delivery for orders £50 and over
Europe Delivery:
- £9.95 (Royal Mail Tracked and signed) for orders under £100
- Free delivery for orders £100 and over
International Delivery:
- £14.95 (Royal Mail Tracked and signed) for orders under £150
- Free delivery for orders £150 and over
Returns
Please contact info@goldiejewellery.com within 14 days of purchase If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase.
Please ensure the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns address.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, pierced earring styles cannot be returned.
These items are final sale and not eligible for returns. a valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Customers are responsible to return the unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving the returns address. Any returns received after this date will be only be accepted at our discretion. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We are not responsible for any returned damaged or items lost in the mailing process (be sure to get a tracking number), customs or transit, we highly recommend that you send back all returns using a tracked and signed postal service, obtaining the proof of tracking information. all items that do not reach us are the customer's responsibility. and a refund will not be processed.
